Screen Printing
Screen Printing Offers Economy in Volume
Screen printing is the most common and economical method of t-shirt printing. For screen printing, one screen is made for each color in your design. Your design is then printed one color at a time. The finished design will have long lasting durability and vibrant color. A minimum order of 25 pieces is required for each screen printed order. A maximum of 6 colors can be printed using this method.
Our screen-print pricing is based on the number of colors and the number of locations to be printed. Quantity discounts are available for orders of 151 t-shirts or more. Call or visit our showroom to experience the Embroidery Solutions advantage today. Get a Quote

Our Screen Printing Process

Our pre-production specialists inspect all files and designs to ensure the artwork is satisfactory for a clear printing on the finished product.

A film positive is created by electronically separating each color in the design onto individual pieces of film.

The film positive images are developed using LED lights into a screen mesh that is used as a stencil for each color.

The screens are then aligned on a press with ink colors that match the original design. The ink is then pressed through the stencil with a squeegee which prints the design onto the garment color by color.

The shirts are then processed with a heat dryer to permanently cure the ink and improve the durability of the imprint.
